If you wish to visit Spain for a short period of time (less than 90 days), you must obtain a Short Term visa.

A visa is only intended to allow a foreign national to visit Spain and/or the other Schengen countries* for a limited period of time. If you wish to reside in Spain for an extended period of time (more than 90 days), you need to apply for a long term visa directly at the Embassy.

* Schengen countries: Austria, Belgium, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, The Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and Switzerland.

Important Announcement

Please provide a photocopy of each internal passport page, each page of your present and previous international passports (including blank pages).
Extended passport won’t be accepted.
It is required to submit a separate set of documents (provided in the list of required documents for a definite type of visa) for each member of the group.
There must be at least two blank pages in an international passport. There must be two additional blank pages in the passport of parent for each minor who requires visa into parent's passport. Passport must be valid at least three months after visa expiry date.
Minor applicants in passports of parents must have separate Visa Application Form.
Minor applicants under 18 can request visa in parent's passport. Applicants above 16 must have the internal passport.
It is obligatory to have a photo in the passports for minors above 5 that are included in passports of their parents.
Last name in the international passports is required to coincide with that of the internal passport.

In accordance with the guidelines of the Spanish Embassy, Visa Application Center does not accept the applications if:

Photos are scanned and do not meet the requirements listed on the website.
Date of travel is later than 3 months.
Validity of passport is extended.

Travel insurance has to complete the next requirements: covering all Schengen countries with a minimum coverage of Euro 30000. The insurance coverage is expected to include: Urgent medical treatment, Emergency admission to hospital, Repatriation.

VISA APPLYING PROCESS

Step 1

Step 2
Book an appointment to visit Visa Application Centre: To visit Visa Application Centre you need to Schedule Appointment You can book an appointment online or by calling the Call Centre. Details provided on this website to schedule an appointment.

Step 3
Submit your application: Visit Visa Application Centre as per appointment scheduled and submit your completed Visa Application Forms along with required supporting documents.

Step 4
Pay applicable Fee: Submission Officer will advise you on total payable amount and guide you to the bank cashier where you need to pay in local currency (Hryvnia). Receipt will be provided for all payments made at the Centre.
